FindThree

Three meaningful findings, or you don't pay.

Every FindThree assessment carries one commitment: if our on-site review cannot identify at least three legitimate, actionable safety or compliance findings at your facility, there is no charge for the assessment.

Legitimate

Real gaps a reasonable employer would want corrected — not padded observations.

Actionable

Each finding comes with a practical correction you can actually assign and complete.

Documented

Photographed, rated by risk, and written up so nothing depends on memory.

FindThree is a commitment about the value of the assessment. It is not a guarantee of regulatory compliance, and it does not transfer or reduce your legal obligations as an employer.

Services

What we do on site and after.

01

Workplace Safety Assessments

A walkthrough of your site with fresh eyes. Hazards, housekeeping, guarding, traffic, storage, and work practices documented as you actually run.

02

Compliance Gap Reviews

We compare your current practices and paperwork against Ontario health and safety requirements and flag where the gaps are.

03

Corrective Action Support

Findings are only useful if they get closed. We help scope the fix, sequence the work, and verify it was done.

04

Program & Policy Review

Policies, training records, JHSC documentation, lockout and hazard procedures — reviewed for accuracy and day-to-day usability.

05

Monthly Safety Support

Ongoing site visits, refreshed inspections, and a consistent point of contact for the questions that come up between them.

06

Incident & Investigation Support

Structured investigation support after an incident or near miss: sequence of events, contributing factors, and practical prevention steps.

How it works

Four steps, start to finish.

  1. 01

    We inspect

An on-site assessment of your facility during normal operations — not a paperwork exercise from a desk.

  2. 02

    You get prioritized findings

A written report with photos, a risk rating on every finding, and a clear view of what to handle first.

  3. 03

    We help close the gaps

Corrective action support: what to fix, how to fix it, who owns it, and confirmation once it's done.

  4. 04

    Optional ongoing support

Monthly visits and continuing support so safety stays maintained instead of resetting after the report.

About Senvric

Independent. Practical. On your floor.

Senvric is an independent workplace safety and compliance consultancy serving industrial workplaces across the Greater Toronto Area and Ontario. We work at the site level: we walk the floor while work is happening, document what we see, and hand back findings your team can actually act on.

Our focus is narrow on purpose — warehousing, manufacturing, transportation and logistics, and mixed industrial operations. That means assessments grounded in how these sites really run: shift changes, seasonal staffing, shared traffic aisles, and maintenance work that doesn’t wait for a scheduled window.

We don’t sell paperwork. Every engagement ends with prioritized findings and corrective action support, so the report turns into completed work rather than a binder on a shelf.

Senvric is a private consultancy. We are not the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development, and we have no regulatory authority. We do not issue orders and we do not report to or act on behalf of any regulator. Our work is advisory, and responsibility for compliance remains with the employer.

Ongoing support

Safety support without hiring a full-time department.

Most GTA operations don't need a full safety team. They need someone consistent who knows the site, shows up on a schedule, and keeps corrective actions moving. That's the role Senvric fills — fractional, outsourced safety support that works alongside your management team.

Senvric supports your program. It does not replace your legal responsibilities as an employer, supervisor, or constructor under Ontario law — those remain yours.

A monthly engagement typically includes

  • Scheduled site visits and walkthrough inspections
  • Open corrective actions reviewed and updated
  • Policy, training and documentation upkeep
  • Support for JHSC meetings and safety talks
  • A named contact for day-to-day questions
FAQ

Straight answers.

What counts as a meaningful finding?
A legitimate, actionable safety or compliance gap that a reasonable employer would want corrected — an unguarded hazard, a missing or inaccurate procedure, an untracked training requirement, a documentation gap, or an unsafe work practice observed on site. Cosmetic notes and trivial observations don't count toward the three.
What if you find fewer than 3?
Then there is no charge for the assessment. If our on-site review cannot identify at least three legitimate, actionable findings, you don't pay for it. You still receive the written report of whatever we did observe.
How long does an assessment take?
Most single-site assessments take a half day to a full day on site, depending on square footage, number of shifts, and process complexity. The written report follows within a few business days.
Do you work with small businesses?
Yes. Scope is set by the site, not the headcount. Small operations often get the most value because there's rarely a dedicated safety person on staff.
Are you the Ministry of Labour?
No. Senvric is an independent private consultancy. We have no regulatory authority, we do not issue orders, and we do not report to or act on behalf of any regulator. We work for you, and our findings are advisory.
