Health and safety consultant in Mississauga

An outside perspective can reveal overlooked safety risks, documentation gaps and practical improvements without adding a full-time safety employee. SENVRIC provides scoped workplace safety assessments and advisory support for businesses in Mississauga and the surrounding Greater Toronto Area.

Independent workplace health and safety consulting. On-site assessments by appointment; service scope and fees agreed before work begins.

Where we can help

Practical safety support for working businesses

A warehouse, professional office, restaurant and small manufacturer each have different exposures. We define the visit around the actual work, relevant equipment, people and policies rather than selling a generic compliance certificate.

01

Workplace inspections

Walk-through reviews of access routes, housekeeping, emergency preparedness, worker practices and other reasonably observable conditions. Document what is seen and what needs a closer look.

02

Hazard and risk assessments

Identify actual hazards, consider exposure and potential severity, then organize genuine concerns into a prioritized action plan.

03

Health and safety program review

Review selected written procedures, worker and supervisor information, JHSC or representative documentation, incident records and inspection practices when included in the agreed scope.

04

Corrective-action guidance

Translate observations into specific responsibilities, practical improvement options and next-step recommendations that management can assign and track.

Assessment approach

An assessment focused on action, not paperwork volume

We start with a short scope discussion: industry, number of workers, location, physical area and why you're requesting support. During the visit, we observe relevant operations, review agreed documents and clarify site-specific practices with a contact who knows the work.

Following the review, we prepare a written record appropriate to the engagement. Significant concerns should be dealt with promptly; not every observation represents a legal violation. We're transparent about where specialist testing, engineering verification or regulatory advice falls outside the scope.

What your written report can include

  • Scope and areas reviewed, including relevant limitations
  • Documented observations, photographs where appropriate and permitted
  • Risk-based prioritization of verified concerns
  • Practical corrective and preventive action recommendations
  • A management-friendly summary identifying suggested next steps

Exact deliverables and turnaround are established in the written quotation. This is a visual and documentary advisory review, not an engineering inspection, regulatory certification, or guarantee of compliance.

FindThree approach

Find. Prioritize. Improve.

SENVRIC's FindThree process means three clear steps, not a requirement to find three hazards. We record actual observations, rank genuine concerns and outline the next actions. A scoped FindThree assessment also includes a complimentary 30-minute virtual follow-up within 30 days of report delivery.

Questions businesses ask

Do you provide safety consulting at our Mississauga workplace?

SENVRIC provides on-site services by appointment throughout Mississauga and surrounding GTA communities. Visit timing and travel are confirmed in the quote.

Can you support a business without a full-time safety manager?

Yes. We can perform scoped inspections, review parts of a safety program and advise on corrective actions. Ongoing support can be quoted separately.

Will this make my business legally compliant?

No consultant can promise that from a limited visit. SENVRIC documents observations within the agreed scope; the employer retains its Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act obligations.

Can you handle WHMIS, forklift or JHSC training?

We can discuss relevant workplace documentation and training needs as part of consulting. CPO-approved programs and operator competency assessments are not advertised as SENVRIC-approved training without the required program authorization, equipment and instructor capability.
